What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, 6+ years of progressive experience in global procurement, strategic sourcing, commodity risk management, supply chain analytics, or market intelligence, Minimum 2 years in a leadership or cross-functional project management role, Advanced proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Power Query, macros), Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Source-to-Pay platforms, understanding of financial statements, cost modeling (Should-Cost analysis), and commodity indexing, Exceptional ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and present effectively to senior executives, High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to connect the dots between global events and local supply chain impacts, stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of driving data adoption across decentralized teams

Maintain and execute regular updates to commodity index files

Utilize advanced modeling techniques to forecast price curves

Manage relationships with external market intelligence providers
