The Opportunity: Based in El Segundo, CA, you will manage sourcing execution for your assigned category — Commercial, Tech, People, or Operations — primarily across North America (U.S. and Canada), with exposure to global initiatives and supplier negotiations. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. You’ll lead sourcing projects above $250K, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance. What Your Impact Will Be: * Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and contract negotiations. * Conduct spend and market analysis to identify savings opportunities. * Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals. * Manage supplier relationships, ensuring service and compliance. * Support regional and global initiatives to harmonize sourcing processes. * Collaborate with Finance and Legal to manage contracts and savings validation. * Maintain accurate data and process discipline within Coupa. ## Qualifications What We’re Looking For: * 6+ years in procurement or sourcing within your category area. * Proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and analytics. * Strong Excel and reporting capabilities. * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. * Experience with Coupa or similar systems preferred. * Bachelor’s degree required; certification a plus. * Proficiency in additional languages and international negotiation experience are valued. * Organized, self-motivate
