Description The Manager of Procurement Excellence will support the implementation of the Copeland Business System best practices across the enterprise with a strong focus on procurement and supply chain through lean capabilities. They will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally and with the procurement, operations, materials, and supply chain leaders to ensure successful implementation while being a driver of culture change. The right candidate will have experience in lean management as well as experience in the procurement function, ideally within a manufacturing organization.
