What You'll Do.
Lead vendor management function
Oversee vendor management specialists
Ensure team is skilled and enabled
Partner with Banks functional teams
Build internal relationships with stakeholders
Resolve complex issues

Provide development opportunities
Design performance standards
Establish evaluation processes
Assess and report on vendor management activity
Develop and maintain communication with direct reports

Monitor and manage performance and development
Conduct one-on-one feedback sessions
Conduct mid-year performance appraisals
Conduct final performance appraisals
Moderate all appraisals for the team
Distribute all appraisals for the team
Develop analytics infrastructure
Provide accurate spend information
Drive efficiencies in procurement strategies
Incorporate local legislative requirements
Drive digitisation of procurement
Apply business insights and objectives
