Manager, Process Management (Finance Tech, Intelligent Foundations & Experiences) As a Process Manager in Finance Tech, you will support the Well Managed Operational Excellence team by providing professional risk judgment that enables Finance Tech and its partners to tackle major company challenges. In this role, not only will you lean into your risk, technical acumen, analytical and problem solving skills by developing and deploying innovative solutions to mitigate risks to the company, but you will also grow your strategic and influencing skills as you create and implement strategies that enable our Finance business partners to continue to be well managed by reducing risk while improving efficiency and control effectiveness. This individual will lead and engage in critical organization initiatives and projects and must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with Engineers/Tech teams and influence partners across several functional areas, including multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role. The Process Manager will drive and motivate others in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects and reporting requirements.
