LinkedIn is searching for a People Manager to lead our Process Improvement Engine team within Strategic Planning & Initiatives, part of Go-to-Market Operations. This team drives various transformational programs and initiatives to enhance our Sales Processes and unlock efficiencies and growth for the LMS (LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) business. The Manager will leverage their program management experience, superior communication, relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide timely solutions to partners, drive successful program execution/leadership, and to coach the team in these areas. Candidates hoping to fill this role must be proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented and comfortable managing a wide range of cross-functional relationships and projects concurrently.
