4–6 years private equity fund accounting experience, 4–6 years private markets fund accounting experience, 4–6 years fund accounting audits experience, Proficiency in Mandarin, Experience reviewing NAVs, Experience reviewing financial statements, Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS, Experience interpreting partnership agreements
Nice to Have
CFA charterholder preferred, CPA preferred, FRM preferred, Series 7 preferred, Series 63 preferred, Series 65 preferred, CAIA preferred, CFP preferred, ACCA preferred, ACA preferred
What You'll Do.
Prepare/Review monthly/quarterly NAV calculations
Prepare/Review capital call allocations
Prepare/Review distribution allocations
Perform waterfall calculations
Review waterfall calculations
Ensure accurate booking of investment transactions
Oversee partner capital account maintenance
Review management fee calculations
Review carried interest calculations
Prepare/Review quarterly financial statements
Prepare/Review annual financial statements
Coordinate audit processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Serve as a point of contact for Client
Review Limited Partnership Agreements
Interpret Limited Partnership Agreements
Assist with onboarding new funds
Assist with fund restructurings
Identify process improvements
Identify automation opportunities
Ensure internal controls
Ensure risk management practices
Support system implementations
Support system upgrades
