What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of alternative asset and public accounting roles, Degree in Accounting, Technical and analytical skills in fund accounting and administration, Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Investran, Capable of leading and mentoring junior team members, Flexible to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines

What You'll Do.
Support client leads across multiple private equity funds
Ensure deliverables align with limited partnership agreements and client expectations
Apply knowledge of partnership terms to financial reporting
income/expense allocations
and complex fund calculations
Prepare and review journal entries
capital account statements
Manage capital call and distribution processes
Oversee financial statement reviews
Coordinate with auditors and tax teams during year-end
Respond to client and ad hoc requests
Lead process improvements
Manage competing deadlines
Train and develop junior team members
