What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Over four years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration

Nice to Have

CFA charterholder preferred, FRM preferred, CPA preferred

What You'll Do.

Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds

Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund

Prepare and review key financial components like journal

Prepare and review performance metrics such as IRR

Manage financial statement reviews

Continuously improve operational processes

Respond to client requests

Train junior team members
