CPA designation a plus, Experience supervising junior staff, Sungard Investran experience a plus

Manage client relationships

Review fund governing documents
Ensure accurate application of fund terms
Oversee transaction activity
Review transaction activity
Prepare workpaper files

Prepare investor allocations
Calculate management fees
Build distribution waterfall models
Maintain distribution waterfall models
Review financial statements
Review supporting schedules
Support year-end audit process
Coordinate year-end audit process
Assist with tax reporting support
Assist with other client deliverables

Coordinate timelines with internal teams
