Must Have
10 years' experience in Trust and Company administration/financial services environment, Comprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of Trust Administration, Bermuda Trust & Company Law, Tax implications of various structures, Proven supervisory experience, IT skills
Nice to Have
Professional/relevant qualification to Diploma Level (e.g. ICSA/STEP)
What You'll Do.
Provide high quality administration services to a varied portfolio of clients/ structures in Private Client
Administer a portfolio of trusts
companies and other entities
Oversee the maintenance of the accounting records and preparation of annual accounts
Ensure the tax status of entities is observed with the timely completion of tax returns and the payment of any notified tax liability
Prepare detailed attendance notes of any telephone communication
Prepare minutes and other meeting documents
Maintain an awareness and understanding of local Regulatory requirements
Manage the billing process
Ensure that database records are input and updated
Monitor the aged debt position of matters under administration
Ensure that periodic reviews of clients' matters are undertaken
Carry out any function/activity required by the Management team or Directors
