Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or equivalent combination of education and experience, At least 10 years' experience with system upgrades, software implementations, private equity, and/or consulting delivery, Proven consulting leadership and practice management experience, financial, operational, and project management skills, Ability to advise and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory environments, and risk management, Adaptability, ethical judgment, and commitment to continuous improvement, Willingness to travel at least 10%
