3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or finance, Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, Proven ability to manage pricing requests independently, Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, Commercial acumen, Excellent communication skills, Excellent storytelling skills, Analytical skills, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Highly organised, Proactive, Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, Strategic thinker, Experience working with data analytics tools, Self-starter, Detail-oriented, Able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment

You'll bring rigor and commercial judgement to everything you do. **What You Will Do:** **Pricing Strategy & Execution ** * Own end-to-end pricing proposals across AFAs, fixed fees, retainers, and value-based models, from scoping through to delivery. * Manage live pricing requests, RFPs, panel submissions, and fee negotiations independently and under tight deadlines. * Build commercial, client-centric pricing strategies that are profitable and sustainable. * Apply sound commercial judgement to balance
