What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years commercial real estate experience, Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Real Estate, Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, Working knowledge of real estate valuations and returns, Solid understanding of building fundamentals and construction, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Carry out multiple responsibilities simultaneously

As Manager, Portfolio Operations, you will drive operational excellence by supporting cross‑functional teams, strengthening internal and external partnerships, and advancing initiatives that enhance asset value and portfolio performance. Reporting to the Vice‑President, Portfolio Operations, you will support Portfolio Operations, Technical Services, Security, tenants, and internal teams in delivering high‑quality operations across the portfolio. You will contribute to asset planning, financial performance, risk mitigation, and the execution of capital, sustainability, and repositioning initiatives.
