The Team: The Opportunity: Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Manager to spearhead the Future State PLM transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for assessing current-state PLM processes, gathering cross-functional business requirements, and helping define the vision and roadmap for a scalable, future-ready PLM ecosystem. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the new PLM solution aligns with enterprise objectives and supports end-to-end product lifecycle processes within CPG industry. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone. Key Responsibilities: Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis * Lead the assessment and redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG. * Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems. * Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams. * Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state. * Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and priorities. * Build MTIC PLM support and project team to enable future state Mattel PL
