Ensure new PLM solution aligns with enterprise objectives; Support end-to-end product lifecycle processes; Ensure proposed solutions meet business expectations; Verify new capabilities are aligned to business needs; Ensure transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and issues

Problem-solving abilities; Proactive approach to addressing challenges; Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges
Willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, Willing to work during US EST time zone
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline, Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management, Proven experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, Thing Worx, and CAD systems (e. g. , Creo, Solidworks, Freeform, Artios Cad), background in business process analysis and system integration within the product development lifecycle, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges, Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones

Capture business needs
Build MTIC PLM support team
Define future state business processes
Develop business use cases
Align future state capabilities
Translate business needs
Manage backlog of requirements
Support test planning
Partner with business users
Facilitate communication
Resolve technical challenges
Build stakeholder relationships
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; Work with functional leads; Collaborate with PLM architects and vendors; Partner with business users; Serve as key business liaison; Facilitate communication between offshore and onshore teams; Manage teams across different time zones

Facilitate effective communication; Provide regular updates
Process & Methodology
Execute PLM transformation initiatives, Adherence to timelines, Adherence to budgets
