Full Job Description

HelloFresh’s newly acquired Ready-to-Eat brand Factor, is looking for a Planning Manager to oversee forecasting, planning and master scheduling responsibilities for the network of manufacturing and fulfillment centers. The Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Planning Managers are responsible for end-to-end end-to-end production planning for our U. S. distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, and driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and dive-deep skills, as well as excellent communication skills and executive presence, who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems and execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities Own and manage weekly/monthly production and fulfillment and capacity plans using systems and processes that support the organization’s goals. Track progress to and deviations from the plan, drive problem-solving and root cause analysis. Review production performance and update planning rates to accurately reflect plant capabilities and available capacity. Assess and identify potential Operational risks; lead the discussion of risks and plan changes with other key business stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, HR and Operations leaders. Utilize production and fulfillment planning tools and track performance to ensure the successful execution of production plans. Take on projects to drive the continuous improvement of Planning tools and processes and complete them on schedule. Lead or participate on special projects as required.
