What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or a related discipline, A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or production scheduling, Demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations, including production planning, order fulfillment, KPI development, and performance management within a regulated manufacturing environment, A proven track record of driving Continuous Improvement initiatives within planning and/or operations, Proficiency in advanced analytics, with hands-on experience developing dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, Experience working with ERP systems
Nice to Have
Technical supply chain or commercial certification (e.g., APICS), JDE experience, SAP or other ERP platforms a plus, solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma background in production, operations, or Operational Excellence preferred
