experience of supporting clients throughout the operational transformation lifecycle from strategic opportunity assessment and planning through to supporting the delivery of specific initiatives, experience from operations, advisory or ideally both, with a foundation in both financial and operational, analytical and able to turn complex challenges into structured and actionable, work effectively with a range of stakeholders, stay effective in a changing environment and actively contribute to the development of colleagues and teams around, experience with topics such as working capital, supply chain optimisation, and cash, worked on complex operational change programmes and are confident in stakeholder, written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English, and you can clearly synthesize analysis into presentations and reports

pragmatic recommendations
Drive the implementation of these recommendation together with the client and the team in a rapid but sustainable
Perform cashflow sensitivity analysis
financial baselining and forecast reviews
and prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders such as Board members and senior
Build client relationships and support the further build-out of the practice via commercial initiatives

**Job Description & Summary** **Manager Performance and Operational Restructuring** Do you want to help organizations navigate operational restructuring and turnaround situations? Are you looking for a role where you work closely with clients on performance improvement, cash management and operating model redesign? In our Performance and Restructuring team, you will drive change at under-performing Dutch and European companies on complex transformation challenges. You will work on assignments with a direct impact on the future of the business and its stakeholders, ranging from family-run organizations to listed multinationals. In this role, you combine strategic insight, financial analysis and operational execution. You will also collaborate closely with specialists across Deals, Strategy & and Consulting. **This is what you’ll do** You will be part of an inclusive team working on challenging and meaningful client assignments at the intersection of transformation, restructuring and performance improvement.
