Create POCs and MVPs for Talent and Total

Demo and champion rollout of native Workday AI

Bring external market best practices into configuration standards

Bring emerging HR tech trends into configuration standards

Partner with Senior Stakeholders and Product Managers

Translate business needs into technical reality

Push for global harmonization of processes

Reduce complexity and technical debt

Get hands-on with complex calculated fields

Get hands-on with performance templates

Get hands-on with calibration configurations

Own the long-term roadmap

Move team from reactive tickets to proactive system
