What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of deep configuration experience in Workday, 4+ Years of leadership experience, Prior experience in Onsite Consulting, Expert-level knowledge of Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Comp modules in Workday, Knowledge of other HR IS tools, The "Getting it Done" Mindset, Ability to explain complex technical architecture to non-technical executives with clarity and confidence
What You'll Do.
Lead the end-to-end configuration and strategy for Workday Talent Management
and Advanced Compensation
Mentor and lead a team of 4 expert Individual Contributors
Create POCs and MVPs for Talent and Total Rewards process flows
Demo and champion the rollout of native Workday AI features
Translate business needs into technical reality
Push for global harmonization of processes
Get hands-on with complex calculated fields
performance templates
and calibration configurations
Own the long-term roadmap for system evolution
Cut through the noise and speak up as a devil’s advocate
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Senior Stakeholders (including Brand CHROs) and Product Managers; Collaborate with a team of "Workday Wizards"
Communication Scope
Ability to explain complex technical architecture to non-technical executives with clarity and confidence
