5–7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or a related role, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Demonstrated experience supporting core HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, payroll, and benefits, Experience managing HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits platforms) and improving processes, Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations, interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership, High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills

Act as a strategic People Operations partner to assigned departments

Analyze People data and trends to provide actionable insights and influence decision-making

Lead and support talent management initiatives

including performance management

Partner with leadership to strengthen a cohesive and engaging remote culture

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and ensure a candidate and onboarding experience

Oversee bi-weekly payroll operations and identify opportunities to improve accuracy

Support and co-manage benefits administration

including open enrollment

and employee communications

Manage and support leave of absence programs

ensuring compliance with FMLA

and applicable state and local regulations

and continuously improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle

Manage and optimize the HR technology stack (HRIS
