What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 6–10+ years of relevant payroll experience, significant exposure to stock plan administration, knowledge of U. S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and reporting requirements, Proven experience identifying control gaps and implementing improvements in a SOX-regulated environment, Experience supporting external audits and interacting directly with auditors, Demonstrated ability to independently own and improve critical processes in a high-accountability environment
Nice to Have
Fidelity equity administration platform strongly preferred, Paycom payroll system preferred
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end U. S. multi-state payroll processing
Administer equity programs including stock options
Design and maintain SOX-compliant payroll and equity controls
Build and continuously strengthen audit-ready infrastructure
Improve payroll and equity workflows
Ensure compliance with federal
and local payroll tax regulations
Maintain and reconcile data across payroll
Resolve payroll and equity questions for employees
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Finance, People, Legal, and external auditors; Partner with Fidelity or similar platforms
