Must Have
Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations in a complex, high-growth environment., Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, from onboarding to compliance handover., Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower high-performing teams, project management and organisational capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines., Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, Experience driving process improvement, working with payroll systems (e. g. , SAP, Workday, or similar) and tools like Excel or Google Sheets., Analytical and solutions-focused mindset, Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Prior experience working remotely is not required but considered an advantage., additional languages are a plus.
