Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or comparable working experience, Proven extensive experience working in Human Resources or a related field, people management experience, demonstrated success in building, leading, and motivating effective teams, track record of working with Workday or other comparable Payroll systems

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing
Administer payroll through Workday and 3rd party provider

**Job Title:** Payroll Manager- EMEA **Department:** 8540**-** HR Shared Services **FLSA Status:** Exempt **Position Overview:** This EMEA Payroll Manager will oversee the comprehensive “end-to-end” processing, calculation, and settlement of hourly and salaried payroll, inclusive of commissions for all employee positions within the EMEA region, as well as the administration of payroll through Workday HCM and the 3rd party payroll provider. The Payroll Manager will also understand back-end administration and stock option calculations. This position will collaborate with finance, HR, and business leadership to ensure operational alignment and is expected to lead and mentor the EMEA payroll team across regions of responsibility. The role will also be familiar with the HCM and payroll tool Workday. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills, and will be comfortable taking initiative to solve problems and help drive greater efficiency and process automation. Based on prior experience, this individual should aim to implement best-practice payroll standards.
