Provide strategic oversight for daily cash management
Offer recommendations on investment opportunities
Manage the Accounts Payable function
Provide guidance to Accounts Payable team
Provide training to Accounts Payable team
Provide development to Accounts Payable team
Ensure timely processing of invoices
Ensure timely processing of disbursements
Provide investigative support for vendor inquiries
Provide investigative support for departmental inquiries
Oversee compliance with AP closing deadlines
Oversee compliance with GL closing deadlines
Review monthly accruals
Review reconciliations
Generate monthly reports
Generate financial analyses
Ensure adherence to accounting policies
Implement internal controls
Resolve complex discrepancies
Prepare 1099 reporting
Provide assistance during financial audits
