What You'll Achieve.
Development of new pathway agreements per year, each generating at least 20 enrolled students annually; Establishment of at least three (3) new pathway agreements annually; Achievement of a minimum of 25 enrolled students per pathway per year; Accuracy and timeliness of transfer credit assessments; Expansion and strengthening of both domestic and international academic partnerships; Effective collaboration with Academic, Recruitment, Marketing, and Strategic teams
Industry & Context.
Employees will be required to come on-site as needed, are expected to reside in Ontario and within a reasonable commuting distance of the office/campus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
An undergraduate degree in business administration, Education, or a related field, Minimum of five years of progressive experience in postsecondary education, partnership development, or academic business growth, Proven expertise in transfer credit assessment, course mapping, and academic articulation processes, understanding of Ontario’s postsecondary education framework, including ministry policies and compliance requirements, Demonstrated experience in business development and student recruitment, with a proven ability to build and sustain institutional and international partnerships, Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret insights to guide strategic decisions, track outcomes, and evaluate program success, Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills, organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail, Demonstrated success in achieving measurable goals and collaborating effectively across departments and stakeholder groups

Supporting international pathway initiatives
Enhancing student mobility through strategic partnerships
and efficient transfer credit management
Creating course mappings
Promoting articulation opportunities
Ensuring successful student transitions through pathways
and pursuing new partnership opportunities
Developing and maintaining strong
sustainable institutional relationships
Representing the institution in meetings
Negotiating and facilitating the signing of articulation and transfer agreements
Leading detailed course mapping and equivalency assessments
Ensuring academic alignment and learning outcome consistency
Collaborating with the Academic team to review curricula
validate transfer credits
and maintain academic quality
Preparing and managing the drafting
and finalization of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and Articulation Agreements
Assessing and evaluating transfer credit applications
Reviewing academic transcripts and course outlines
Maintaining timely and transparent communication regarding credit transfer decisions
Developing annual strategic and operational plans for pathway expansion and performance tracking
Monitoring partnership activity
Maintaining an updated database of all articulation agreements
and partner institutions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborates closely with Academic, Marketing, Recruitment, and Strategic Partnership teams; Partner with the Academic team for ongoing curriculum alignment and program mapping; Work with the Recruitment team to operationalize pathway agreements and facilitate student intake; Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute communication and promotional strategies; Engage with the Strategic Partnerships team to identify, evaluate, and support the development of international articulation and pathway agreements; Coordinate with the Registrar’s Office to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and reporting
