Development of new pathway agreements per year; Each generating at least 20 enrolled students annually
Industry & Context.
Work on-site four days per week, Work remotely one day per week, Come on-site as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Undergraduate degree in business administration, Education, or related field, Minimum five years progressive experience in postsecondary education, partnership development, or academic business growth, Proven expertise in transfer credit assessment, course mapping, and academic articulation processes, Understanding of Ontario’s postsecondary education framework, Demonstrated experience in business development and student recruitment, Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, Exceptional relationship management skills, Exceptional communication skills, Exceptional negotiation skills, Organizational abilities, Project management abilities, Keen attention to detail, Demonstrated success in achieving measurable goals, Collaborating effectively across departments and stakeholder groups, Reside in Ontario, Within reasonable commuting distance of the office/campus

What You'll Do.
and pursue new partnership opportunities
Develop and maintain strong
sustainable institutional relationships
Represent the institution in meetings
Negotiate and facilitate the signing of articulation and
Lead detailed course mapping and equivalency assessments
Ensure academic alignment and learning outcome consistency
Collaborate with the Academic team to review curricula
Validate transfer credits
Maintain academic quality
Prepare and manage the drafting
Assess and evaluate transfer credit applications
Review academic transcripts and course outlines
Determine eligibility for transfer credit
Maintain timely and transparent communication regarding credit transfer
Partner with the Academic team for ongoing curriculum
Work with the Recruitment team to operationalize pathway
Facilitate student intake through these pathways
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and
Engage with the Strategic Partnerships team to identify
Coordinate with the Registrar’s Office to ensure compliance
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all pathway
Develop annual strategic and operational plans for pathway
Develop performance tracking
Monitor partnership activity
Monitor student enrollment
Monitor outcomes to ensure alignment with institutional objectives
Maintain an updated database of all articulation agreements
Maintain transfer frameworks
Maintain partner institutions
