What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline and 6 years experience, Master's degree and 4 years experience, Ph.D. and 1 year experience, 10 years experience in a related field, 1+ year of experience in a management or leadership role, Knowledge of supply chain operations, Knowledge of ERP systems, Knowledge of supply chain analytics tools, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Demonstrated experience in inventory control, Demonstrated experience in compliance, Demonstrated experience in maintaining accurate inventory systems and processes, Proven ability to develop and manage dynamic demand forecasts, Proven ability to manage replenishment strategies, Proven ability to manage production schedules, Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

This role manages a team of Parts Analyst and oversees inventory planning, procurement, and distribution strategies while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of inventory management by driving requirements and executing strategy for the implementation of a new inventory management system.
