6+ years of consumer marketing Go-To-Market planning and execution experience, clear understanding of the full-funnel marketing mix across a variety of online and offline mediums including media (OOH, paid search/display/social), experiential, in-store, PR etc and how they work together to present a cohesive and integrated campaign in market, experience in partner management and an understanding of how to operate with a partner-centric mindset, experienced in managing budgets and allocating spend across marketing levers to drive the biggest and most efficient impact, experience in analyzing data to understand and determine performance and to glean insights for future work, proactive and solution-oriented, communicator and are comfortable dealing with various levels of seniority within an organization, incredible organizational skills and attention to detail

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with the Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing and other marketing Pod leads (Growth, Brand, Retention) to execute strategic planning and coordinate execution of marketing initiatives to support growth; Communicate with these cross-functional partners on the status and progress of initiatives, how the campaigns are tracking towards goals, and proactively identify and flag risks to leadership as well as mitigation strategies; Act as the “glue” for the teams within the marketing org to ensure plans are developed and executed in a unified and cohesive manner, and align those plans with the priorities of the business by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across strategy & ops, EPMs, and finance
