What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in art direction or design, focus on performance marketing / paid social, Deep understanding of platform-specific creative best practices, Proven ability to develop high-performing paid social creative, iterative testing and optimization, Experience partnering with Growth/Media teams, using performance data to inform creative decisions, leadership skills, ability to guide designers, collaborate across cross-functional teams, balance of conceptual thinking and hands-on execution, Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
