What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in-house or at a top-tier agency managing Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display campaigns above the 7 figure budget range per month while held to strict customer acquisition and CAC targets in the DTC e-commerce space (ideally for a subscription business), understanding of PPC fundamentals and bidding strategies, Experience with feed optimisation and Google Merchant Center, Hands-on-keys experience within Google Ads platform responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, management, optimizing and reporting of campaigns, Experience building out, updating and owning comprehensive annual testing roadmaps and a learning agenda for Google Ad channels, Process-oriented mindset to support identifying team needs and contributing to the development of efficiency workflows crossfunctionally, Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple workstreams concurrently, Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams and articulate ideas effectively, The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude always looking to improve performance, A proactive approach to work bringing new ideas to the table rather being reactive and waiting to be told what to do, Demonstrated interest in the broader cultural landscape across social media, spanning health and wellness, sport, social trends, etc

THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Manager, Paid Media (International) to join our growing Growth team at AG1. This role is ideal for someone to take ownership of paid media campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem for the international markets (outside of North America). This role is ideal for someone with solid experience who can independently manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display — while balancing both brand building and performance objectives. Reporting to the VP, Growth EU, you’ll partner closely with North America counterparts to ensure and play a key role in driving measurable growth through data-led optimisation, while also strengthening brand visibility, awareness, and positioning across channels. Collaborating cross-functionally with global teams including the North American teams, you’ll contribute to campaign strategy, ensuring our paid media efforts deliver both immediate results
