What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3-5 years of leader/sales experience in FX, payments, financial services, eCommerce and/or B2B, Post Secondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience, Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success achieving sales goals in competitive fast-paced environment, Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring high-performing outbound sales teams across multiple markets/regions., Experience selling to finance teams, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors., Consultative sales approach, with the ability to educate clients on best practices and tailor solutions to meet customer needs., Comfortable with SaaS applications, able to translate technical features into business benefits for clients., Familiar with web conferencing tools for product demos and presentations., Time-management and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on efficiency., Experience with CRMs, specifically Salesforce., Ability to maintain accurate forecasting and records., Confident, articulate, professional communicator with listening skills and the ability to establish relationships quickly, Ability to identify client needs and work towards solutions

Knowledge of FinTech and Payments a plus.
