While the Change Collaborative is a flagship leadership offering anchored in the health system, this role has a broader mandate to design, grow, and deliver leadership development solutions across the public and private sectors. Sitting at the intersection of leadership development, organisational transformation, and client advisory, you’ll work closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, combining business development with hands‑on programme delivery. This is a senior, delivery‑focused opportunity for someone who enjoys building leadership capability, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to wider workforce, culture, and organisational transformation engagements. Through building a strong pipeline, deepening partnerships, and delivering high‑quality programmes, you’ll help position Deloitte as a trusted leadership development partner and create meaningful, measurable impact across Aotearoa New Zealand.
