What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in operational performance analysis, audit processes, and reporting within a large, complex, multi-site environment, Experience supporting and influencing operational leaders in a cross-functional setting, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial analysis, reporting, dashboards), understanding of financial reporting and P&L analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with operations, PMO, finance, and support teams, Ability to translate data into clear, actionable operational recommendations, Bilingualism required – comfortability working in both French & English, Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
What You'll Do.
Analyze site-level financial performance
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reporting
Support and validate monthly financial close processes
Partner with operational leaders to improve performance
Coach site teams on financial controls
Drive standardization and continuous improvement
Support PMO and CMOE teams
Develop contract tools and guides
Provide support for contract interpretation
Identify and assess risks and opportunities
Conduct site audits and operational assessments
Document findings and develop recommendations
Monitor progress of action plans
Develop tools and methodologies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with operational leaders across Energy & Resources multiservice sites; Coach site teams on financial controls, governance, and operational best practices; Support PMO and CMOE teams in ensuring alignment with contractual requirements; Experience working with operations, PMO, finance, and support teams
