What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automation, Engineering or related, 5+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Automation or Engineering, at least 2 years focused on digital or automation projects, knowledge of digital transformation strategies, Industry 4.0 concepts, application in manufacturing environments, Proven track record in successfully implementing digitalization initiatives, Expertise in data analysis, visualization, using business intelligence tools, Proficiency in project management, change management techniques, Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, MSB, MDA/PDA, leadership skills, ability to motivate cross-functional teams, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, keen eye for detail, Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Willingness to travel globally
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Experience with other digital tools and platforms like Grafana, InfluxDB, Nodered beneficial
