What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automation, Engineering or related, 5+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Automation or Engineering, at least 2 years focused on digital or automation projects, knowledge of digital transformation strategies, Industry 4. 0 concepts and their application in manufacturing environments, Proven track record in successfully implementing digitalization initiatives, Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and using business intelligence tools to drive operational improvements, Proficiency in project management and change management techniques, Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, MSB, MDA/PDA, leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail, Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Experience with other digital tools and platforms like Grafana, InfluxDB, Nodered beneficial, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement BA specific digital transformation strategies and roadmaps to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain processes
Analyze complex operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Oversee the integration of Industry 4. 0 technologies
into existing operational processes
support and foster local digital realization projects
Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new digital processes and tools
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Main contact person for the respective project teams; Collaborate with BA operations team, CT Group Sector and local teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions; ability to motivate cross-functional teams
