This position provides operational leadership and management oversight of RTD’s operating facilities, buildings, and infrastructure maintenance across the multimodal transit system, including transit centers, administrative buildings, and maintenance facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring operating facilities and related systems are safe, reliable, compliant, and well maintained to support continuous operations and a positive customer environment. The role oversees inspection, maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, vertical transportation, and site infrastructure systems, as well as custodial and groundskeeping services.
