Must Have

Bachelor’s degree, 5–7+ years of experience in pharmaceuticaliopharma/healthcare marketing, communications, advertising, paid experience designing, executing, or advising on HCP omnichannel campaigns, including segmentation, channel sequencing, trigger logic, and full-funnel engagement tracking, Proven experience serving as a subject-matter expert for brand teams, media architects, or cross-functional pods, providing consultative guidance on activation feasibility, dependencies, and common execution challenges., Experience establishing tracking frameworks, analyzing engagement metrics, implementing test-and-learn experiments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, privacy, and internal review standards in pharma or healthcare marketing
