This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity, scalability, and alignment with business and compliance requirements across life insurance functions. **Roles and Responsibilities:** **Platform Development & Maintenance** * Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle for Office Automation tools (workflow engines, document management, approval systems, etc.). * Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability to support BAU operations across departments. * Lead OA integration efforts with other application systems **Team Leadership & Technical Oversight** * Manage a team of developers and technical leads, providing mentorship and performance guidance. * Assign development tasks, review code, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and security protocols. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. **Stakeholder Collaboration** * Partner with business Owner to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity to ensure platform alignment with enterprise standards. **Governance & Compliance** * Ensure
