8+ years warehouse distribution management/leadership experience, 8+ years experience in position management, 6+ years managing people or cross-functional projects, Experience leading regional or network-level operational excellence programs, Experience with warehouse systems, automation, or large-scale transformations
What You'll Do.
Develop Warehouse managers
Set strategic direction and priorities
Ensure warehouse leadership training
and onboarding programs
Manager accountability for performance outcomes
Oversee multi-site productivity
and operational excellence initiatives
Partner with Plant Directors
Provide escalation support and decision-making guidance
Guide change management efforts
Maintain executive-level understanding of warehouse systems and automation
Ensure risks related to operations
Ensure engineering partnership and technical documentation governance
Participate in cross-regional leadership and support
