Travel: Required, Periodic field exposure, Occasional work in outdoor construction environments and varying weather conditions, Travel required to support training delivery and field operations, Physical requirements include: Frequent sitting, with periodic standing and movement, Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, Vision requirements include close focus and ability to adjust

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 7–10+ years of relevant experience in training, construction, or workforce development, Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs, leadership and team management capabilities, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice to Have

Experience with Michels Power, Inc. or similar contractor, knowledge of construction, power delivery, or electrical infrastructure industries, Experience supporting field-based or craft workforce training programs

What You'll Do.

Promote and maintain a safety culture

Develop and execute a strategic training plan aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs

Partner with operations

and subject matter experts to identify skills gaps and prioritize training initiatives

and deliver training materials including manuals

and hands-on learning experiences

Facilitate training sessions

and seminars in both in-person and virtual environments

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments

and performance metrics

adjusting programs as needed

Coordinate with external training partners

industry organizations

and educational institutions

Manage training budgets

and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective program delivery

Mentor and coach trainers to ensure consistent

high-quality instruction and engagement

Stay current on construction techniques

and regulatory requirements to maintain program relevance

Perform other duties as assigned
