Own revenue systems ecosystem performance

Govern HubSpot architecture

Optimize GTM tooling stack

Manage vendor relationships

Eliminate redundancy and technical debt

Own CRM data quality standards

Lead active cleanup of inherited workflows

Ensure reliable data environment for decision making

Mature forecasting and reporting infrastructure

Deliver visibility into pipeline health

Define and maintain KPI framework

Serve as operational connective tissue

Translate GTM strategy into systems

Reduce friction across GTM handoffs

Run deal desk for deals

Review deal structures and pricing

Serve as escalation point for requests

Act as neutral vote on ROE disputes

Audit and rationalize tech stack

Build scalable account hierarchy models
