Must Have
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR, L&D, or People & Culture within hospitality industry, Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams, Passion for people development and service excellence
Nice to Have
Experience in premium hotel brands preferred

Drive TMs engagement and organizational culture
Manage learning & development programs
Support talent development and performance management
Ensure training compliance and service excellence standards
Partner with department leaders to enhance team capability
preparing and monitoring individual development plans
organising training activities
supporting them through learning and development opportunities
supporting in delivering the efficient People & Culture services
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with department leaders to enhance team capability; support the property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English; communication and leadership skills
