Increases and supports the implementation and success of OnRamps through regional partnership management, with individual contribution of research and management of special projects, selective networks and collaboratives, and complex partnerships aligned with OnRamps strategic plan. * Manages and evaluates targets and strategy for accomplishing acquisition, retention, growth, and outcome targets for partnerships. Maintains documentation of targets, activities, and outcomes, and provides regular reports of progress and make recommendations in support of sustainability, growth, and goal attainment.
