What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline, Deep knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM), S/4HANA expertise, Ability to lead and develop multicultural teams, Persuasive communication, Analytical thinking, Problem-solving, Health and safety is always your top concern, Professional proficiency in Danish, Swedish, German or Dutch is an advantage, Proven experience leading system ownership or functional management for SAP PM/MM in large-scale organisations, Demonstrated track record managing international teams through change initiatives, Portfolio management skills with evidence-based prioritisation, Agile mindset: experienced with sprint planning and iterative delivery, Translating business requirements into actionable system solutions
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, agile frameworks or SAP PM/MM are a advantage
What You'll Do.
Own business product responsibility for SAP PM/MM
Steer system improvements and implementation initiatives
Build and develop an international MSIS organisation
Oversee incident and change management
Review system performance against KPIs
Act on corrective measures
