What They're Looking For.
Must Have
strategic mindset, substantial experience in managing complex business systems within international, multi-site environments, deep knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM), S/4HANA expertise, ability to lead and develop multicultural teams, persuasive communication, Analytical thinking, problem-solving, balancing local needs with enterprise-wide priorities, Health and safety is always your top concern, connecting stakeholders from SCMS, IT, Finance and Operations, Professional proficiency in Danish, Swedish, German or Dutch, Proven experience leading system ownership or functional management for SAP PM/MM in large-scale organisations, Demonstrated track record managing international teams through change initiatives, portfolio management skills with evidence-based prioritisation, Agile mindset: experienced with sprint planning and iterative delivery, translating business requirements into actionable system solutions
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, agile frameworks or SAP PM/MM are a advantage
