What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, or five years of work experience in infrastructure/server operations, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows desktop operating systems across computing platforms, Ability to organize and manage multiple requests with frequently conflicting priorities, An advanced understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems, Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences via phone, email, and an internal ticketing system

What You'll Do.
and evaluate Infrastructure Operations team
Assign and direct work
coordinate infrastructure projects
Monitor infrastructure performance and utilization
Provide advanced technical support
Mentor lower-level analysts
Assist and train other team members
Participate in after-hours support
Oversee management and monitoring of backup systems
Establish and maintain successful relationships with leadership
Pursue knowledge to improve support
Contribute to committees
Perform other duties as necessary
