5 or more years of applicable preconstruction and/or construction experience, Bachelor’s degree in construction related discipline

Experience supporting utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, Understanding of preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and project handoff processes, Experience developing conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimates for large-scale energy infrastructure projects

Drive continuous improvement of estimating best practices
Support growth of energy storage business
Comply with company policies and procedures
Enforce company policies and procedures
Utilize company estimating software
Produce a quality bid
Develop department strategy
Develop department vision
Report industry precedents
Report industry procedures
Advise Manager Estimating with estimate planning
Support Manager Estimating with estimate planning
Plan for project pre-bid meeting
Support Director of Estimating
