Must Have

4+ years of related experience in CRM, database marketing, or loyalty marketing, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, Deep knowledge of CRM databases and Marketing Automation Systems, Mastery in extracting qualitative and quantitative insights from data, Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, Ability to build consensus among cross-functional partners, Ability to perform standard office duties, including prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer, Exceptional verbal and written communication ability to present to executive-level builder partners

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Salesforce, Knowledge of Marketo

Team & Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams; Partner with the broader marketing team; Build consensus among cross-functional partners; Present to executive-level builder partners

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
